We have launched a new online survey to understand how and why people from South Asian backgrounds use health technology for cardiovascular disease and diabetes. We really need to hear about your experiences with digital healthcare to understand how patient care in this area can be improved.

We are interested in learning more about the experience of people from a South Asian background with the use of digital healthcare. We want to hear from a range of individuals from a South Asian background, particularly those who are at risk of getting, or already have, heart disease or diabetes.

We are interested in learning more about the barriers and facilitators to the uptake of digital health interventions for cardiometabolic disease in people of a South Asian background. We ware inviting individuals with experience in cardiometabolic disease, digital health, or health inequalities, to complete our short online survey. We are interested in including a range of healthcare professionals, commissioners, and policy makers.
